Day 3 wrapped up an incredible festival weekend on a high note. From immersive booths, to free goodies and an overall good time, the excitement never let up. Whether you came for the headliners, smaller artists, the food or the vibes, each day delivered in there own ways. With its incredible atmosphere and unforgettable moments, Gov Ball continues to prove why it's one of the must-attend festivals of the year.
AMAARAE
Bronx native Amaarae embraced her R&B and pop vibes, soaking up every cheer and scream on Sunday. Taking over the Kiehl’s Stage with fearless energy, she delivered a set that moved seamlessly from one genre to another. Tracks like “Slut Me Out” and “Co-Star” sparked roars of applause, while her rendition of “Come On Home God” brought waves of calm to the crowd. With dynamic stage presence, cultural pride, and vocal precision, Amaarae proved she’s not just an artist to watch—she’s one to remember.
RAYE

British singer-songwriter Raye has such an eternal glow to her and it really radiated up on stage. Her stunning, effortless vocals and movements were like being in a trance as her set went on. Songs like “Escapism,” and Oscar Winning Tears,” had fans in such awe of her raw vocals. She delivered a set that showcased both vocal power and her star-quality stage charisma that felt both intimate and grand—solidifying her status as a rising star.
THE JAPANESE HOUSE

“Sunshine Baby,” is what The Japanese House was hoping for, but even in cloudy conditions, her intimate set was truly special. During “Boyhood,” she celebrated Pride and trans rights while soaking up her fans' energy and encouragement. The guitar melodies and mood shifts throughout, set the tone for a very heartfelt performance by her. The vulnerability her set left fans with was magical to witness and fans loved every minute.
CLAIRO

Effortlessly, Clairo captivated the crowd with her mesmerizing melodies and smooth, airy vocals. Her euphoric presence on stage—pairedwith songs like, “Follow My Girl,” and fan favorites, “Sofia,” and “Bags,”—made the set felt cinematic. Wine glasses in hand and soft lighting washing the stage—her and her band's laid-back vibe pulled in fans from across the festival grounds to watch. It felt like the dreamy escape you only wish to have.
MT. JOY

The five-piece indie-rock band Mt. Joy knows how to get fans going. From the jump, fans were immediately entranced and belting their lyrics to, “Evergreen”. Their musical range of sounds from “Lemon Tree,” to fan favorite, “Let Loose,” gave fans exactly what they wanted, bringing infectious energy. Frontman Matt Quinn’s vocals and guitar were perfectly complemented by Jackie Miclau’s keyboards, Sam Cooper on lead guitar, Michael Byrnes on bass, and Sotiris Eliopoulos on drums and percussion—together showcasing impressive musical versatility. Performing their hit “Orange Blood” was a high point, uniting the crowd in a euphoric sing-along. Their set truly demonstrated their growth as artists and gave a taste of what fans can expect with new music.
